These logs are automatically generated when the following actions occur on your platform account:
Exports. A platform account has exported/downloaded user data in the form of logs, user lists, and/or profiles.
Imports. A platform account has imported/uploaded user data.
Integrations. A platform account has made use of API endpoints or webhooks that contain user data.

Log Retention
Data Flow logs are retained for 1 year (twelve calendar months) from the date they are captured. Under GDPR, to keep personal data "no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed". Given the platform's operations, we've determined the necessary retention period to be one year.
